Why is billing annual only?
Count is designed for ongoing inventory accuracy, not one-time use. Annual billing aligns with how most organizations approach physical inventory counting — whether annual, quarterly, or ongoing. It also allows us to offer significantly lower prices than monthly billing would require.
What happens if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We offer prorated refunds within the first 30 days if Count isn't the right fit for your organization.
What happens when I hit my parts limit?
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time, with the cost prorated for the remainder of your billing period. You won't lose access to existing data if you exceed the limit — you just won't be able to add new parts until you upgrade.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-year?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately — you only pay the difference for the remaining time. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date to ensure you don't lose access to features mid-count.
What are the trial limitations?
The free trial includes full access to all features with a limit of 10 parts and 1 warehouse. Sample data is available to help you explore the workflow. No credit card required to start.
